How much time do I have if I change my mind?

Did you change your mind about your purchase? You may simply return your order within 14 days of receipt. This means you have 2 weeks to decide: do you keep the product or does it not meet your wishes or expectations after all?

What are the terms and conditions for returns?

You are entitled to cancel the agreement within a 14-day period without stating reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you and who is not the shipping company, physically take(s) possession of the item. In order to exercise the cancellation right, you must inform us via an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by mail or email) explaining you wish to return your purchase. We request you use the return procedure described below.

The goods must be returned or handed over to us immediately, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you have informed us of your decision to cancel the agreement.

Any karts or trampolines must be in unused, unopened condition to receive a refund.

All Berg products that have been assembled or used are non-returnable, and non-refundable.

If the item was shipped via freight carrier on a pallet, the shipment must be returned in the same manner.

A restocking fee up the cost of the item may apply on damaged items or on returns that do not follow policy.

How do I return a product that I purchased from a BERG dealer?

Please contact a BERG dealer, they will be able to tell you how to return the product to them.

How do I return a product?

Step 1: Fill out this contact form to indicate that you wish to return your product.

Step 2: You will then receive an RMA (return registration number) from the BERG customer service.

Step 3: The item can be shipped back to our facility at the cost of the recipient.

Step 4: Upon receiving your returned item in unused and unopened condition, the purchase amount will be reimbursed by Berg in a timely manner. Please allow 7-10 business days for your payment institution to facilitate any refunds. Items that are damaged or used will incur a restocking fee up to the cost of the item returned.

Can I exchange an item?

Items cannot be exchanged. However, you may return the item and order a different item. Hence, you may return the item and order a new item. Terms and conditions for returns apply.

Can items be returned free of charge with BERG?

Did you purchase the product via the BERG online store and you wish to return it to BERG? Then the fees must be borne by you.

Returns not covered by the terms and/or after 14 days

If you return an item not under the terms or RMA (return merchandise authorization), then the payment obligation lapses. Moreover, in this case BERG may decide to refuse processing future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our service team. They will do their best to help you.
