How long is the warranty period on my product?

BERG products are of excellent quality. That is why we offer an extended warranty period. Don't forget to register your product online within 1 month of purchase, in order to get a 3, 5, 8 or 13-year warranty on your purchase. The warranty level differs per product.

Do all products need to be registered?

Registration only applies to skelter and trampoline frames. Nets and other accessories are not covered by an extended warranty period.

Defect on arrival (DOA)

Is your product not working properly? We're sorry for the inconvenience. We'll gladly help you. If your product isn't working properly on arrival, please keep all packaging materials and contact our customer service team within two weeks, so that we can further assist you as soon as possible. Please state the purchase date, the type of product and the serial number when contacting us.
